Litigation Support and Testimony

Much of KCIC's work is undertaken in the context of litigation. We are continuously working with litigation teams and have wide experience in addressing their specialized needs. We are able to:

• Design visually persuasive trial exhibits.
• Prepare summaries by language, carrier, jurisdiction, or any of the myriad of data "cuts" that litigators need on a real time basis.
• Analyze and critique expert reports and testimony.
• Participate in deposition preparation and trial strategy.
• Provide credentialed industry professionals available to offer expert testimony.
